I think the lock on my office
furniture is broken or needs service.
What should I do? |
| You have three options. If you are able to remove the lock (look on the back side for a
nut or clip) you can bring it in to obtain a replacement. Since furniture locks come in thousands of varieties, it is best to bring in a sample for us to match. If you
are not able to remove the lock, you could transport the furniture piece to our shop. If neither of these options works for you, you’ll need to schedule a service
call. Have as much information about the furniture piece as possible, such as
its approximate age and brand name. Also, you must know your correct street address in order to schedule
a service call. |
