| If the lock is free, you should bring it in to the shop. We can advise you whether it is
repairable or whether replacement is a better choice. If it is locked onto an immobile object you will probably need a service call. Try to have a description of the
lock and the problem you are having. Also be prepared to give the correct street address of the job site when you call. |
