Busse’s Lock Service, L.L.C. has an amazing supply of
key blanks. We even
keep very obscure keys in stock. Chances are that we can copy your key while
you wait. However, there are exceptions; if your key is part of a
restricted key system, we may not be able to assist you. Also, many
products marketed through discounters such as K-Mart, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart
and others are imported with no thought given to supporting the product after
the sale. In some cases, there are no
blanks available, period. In
other cases, we have found appropriate substitutions. Otherwise, it is quite
rare for us to fail to have the correct key blank on hand. If you
need to be sure before making the trip,
contact us or a
locksmith in
your area with your copy of the key in your hand. We will probably be
able to verify availability of the key you need if you read off any names,
numbers, or letters on your key. (Even duplicate keys usually have an
identifying mark or part number on them.) |
