2) What color/style hardware would you like?
3) What is the approximate age of your home?
4) What type of doors do you have? Are they
solid wood? Metal? Do they have glass panes? If the door has “panels”
measure how wide the solid portion of the door is.
5) What other hardware is on the door now?
Have your existing house keys in hand when you call. If you’d like the new
locks and your existing ones keyed to match, we’ll need to know what you
already have.
6) You must know the exact street address in
order to schedule a service call.
